Sorry, i cant answer your question but i do have some advice for those who may be reading this and have not had any problems with Facemoods.com. If anybody may come across a website that has anything to do with facemoods.com then please dont ever use it. I have had a lot of problems with it like virus downloads and it is not good. I got a local friend to sort mine but often you can contact places like windows or apple and they can often give you advice! But..... when you do uninstall it, you will get a page from face moods asking you to fill in a survey. dont do it! it can lead to even more trouble. I am a trustworthy source, dont belive facemoods
