Sounds highly unlikely that you peed yoghurt; by then it would have been all through your digestive system and wouldn't be yoghurt any more. If you passed something that looked like yoghurt you need to see a doctor right away.
The yogurt diet entails eating a yogurt as a replacement meal for one or two of your regular meals a day. Yogurt has lower calories than most other foods.
I'm not positive, but my 9 month old ate some whip cream the other day and threw up. I gave him regular yogurt and he threw again. I started feeding him baby yogurt and he seemed fine, but two days later he has a rash all over his upper body. I think that's from the dairy. It doesn't seem to bother him. I stopped giving him yogurt, it's only been a day, but I'll see if it clears up now. My husband had a severe allergic reaction to dairy when he was little too. This is why I think my baby has the same thing.
Nothing would happen other than you ate chocolate and are getting fatter. :P
On a nice day I eat yogurt on my front porch.
