You'll need to configure your network settings manually, for some reason, using the automatic (DHCP) settings don't seem to work on the current version of the system software. Using automatic, the system was able to successfully complete the connection test and download a system update, but the User Agreement would never load. After manually configuring all of the wireless settings, I was able to access the User Agreement and then the other channels.
Go to Settings>Wifi>On>Find one and connect.
It should be in your settings. Find Wifi and disable it.
Find a location that offeres it and connect to it through settings.

If you go into your androids wifi settings you should find that there is already a default password there. If you don't know this password, you can go into the settings screen and set it to something that you can remember. However, you should automatically have open access for wifi to work.
Not long at all, as long as you already have wifi accessible. Just go to Wifi and Networks in settings, find your network, and enter you network password. Presto!
