You could try contacting EA to see if you can be issued a new one. I'm not sure if they will do that or not though due to the vast amount of pirating.
The only place it is located though is on the manual.

If oyu only have the disks and not the manual or box your screwed. if you still have the box tho the just pop in the install disks and when prompted enter the keycode found on the back of the box. If you cant do that you can always buy a new copy or torrent one. (if you torrent it, it is free but you cant go online.)
