you can dillute the first one by drinking 2liters of water and pissing 3 to 4 times before the ua and that should give you 2 extra weeks to get clean if its a lab ua and if its home kit you should pass.its work for me about 40 times.t. Work out and drink a lot of fluids.

Coming from experience (failed an non failed UAs), you wanna drink 2 large glasses starting 2 hours before your UA, then drink 12oz Gatorade and 16oz water everytime you urinate after that. About 30-60min before your UA you should be having to urinate every 5ish minutes, this is good, urinate as much as possible, than at UA give them middle of your urine (it should be pretty clear). It dilutes the water so theres less metabolites in the overall volume of sample, thus decreasing change of getting detected. But theres def luck involved, stop using adderal preferably 4 days before UA to be safe.
