You downloaded False Flesh program and it does not even start what can you do?

Give up! The program is totally lame. Get a decent image editing package and learn to use it. After a week or so of practise I guarantee you will be getting far better results than with False Flesh. I bought the program out of curiosity and it was a total waste of money. GIMP for example is free and far more capable of doing what False Flesh does.
