How many maps are in the mythic map pack halo 3?
There are six maps on the Mythic map pack. However they are split into two downloads. As of right now only the first three are out. But I do believe that when HALO ODST releases so will the other three maps. ODST will already have all six maps so you wont have to buy them seperately, I think, or you can if you dont want ODST. Halo Wars has the first three maps on it if you want them and a game instead of buying just the map pack.
Why wont your hard drive load Halo 3 maps?
Depending on which XBox 360 you have, it may not work. If you have the "arcade" Xbox, I have a feeling it has no hard drive at all. Just check.
Why wont it you play on certain maps on halo reach?
Because when you have been playing for too long your hard drive overheats if that happens then you need to switch your xbox off ASAP

I downloaded the GEPv2 pack for JPOG and it wont work. idk why it wont. i have windows vista and i downloaded the JPLegacy pack before i downloaded the GEPv2 pack so could this be why GEPv2 wont work?

The Game downloads need to installed if that is what you mean by you have not updated. I don't understand why you have not downloaded WAW unless you are not connected to the internet. The same with Game Updates they must be made before you can play
