The person in your head (and body type and sex and ...) do not match the body and sex you see when you look down. Wrong body is too simplistic but it is a way top get people who don't understand able to at least imagine. A lot of the time (from personal viewpoints) it's not wrong, it's just not right. "Yes, I was born like this, and I would love to be able to say that this is who I am; but it's not. I can't act the way society wants me to act. It's not me."
