i think the dosage is 1 mg per/kg not mcg s.
a hundrd pound dog should get about 40 to 50 MG a day vitamin k
its hard to find..most health food stores sell it by the mcg amazon and online stores have it in 5 mg up to 25 mg ans 100 mgs
once a day or broken up thru the day
obviously spread out is better but neither will hurt
