Vgetables don't have seeds. Having seeds is what makes the food a fruit.... So no vegetables really have seeds. But a lot of people consider a tomato a vegetable and a fruit.

you can give them any vegetables really, but only give them some things (like peas) once in a while. if you notice they have sore lips or get direr you have been giving them to much of a certain food. they should always have some curly kale and a bit of cabbage. don't feed them pepper or tomato seeds!
