1). Open the first picture in Microsoft "Paint". 2). Grab the little black dots in the center of the bottom and right edge of the frame. Pull them way out to make the frame much bigger. 3). Pick the "Edit" tab, and then the choice "Paste from ..." down on the bottom of the list. Browse to the second picture, pick it, and it will be added to the first picture. The second one now has a dotted line around it, so it can be moved around in the big frame, to wherever you want it.
