It is possible to still have your periods after getting pregnant, although it's not common. Two weeks after you become pregnant, there is some implantation bleeding as the egg burrows into the wall of your uterus, but that's usually just some spotting. If it was a heavy flow that you experienced, it could be a possible miscarriage. Test again and see what it says.
It could also be that you did something strenuous, which affected the baby, and made you bleed a little. This happened when I was pregnant with my son, and I was put on bed rest for a few days.
The best thing to do is call a doctor. If you're afraid, you can try to call a local clinic - they usually have 24 hour nurse help lines, and you can pretend you're a patient there (if they ask) and get their advice. My local clinic provides this service. If all else fails, call them at 512-346-6611 and ask for a nurse and/or listen to the prompts. They don't even ask if you're a patient.
Good luck!
