Quite often, one wisdom tooth will be more difficult to remove than the others. Yes, it is common for one to hurt post-operatively more than the others. Be aware that sometimes post-op complications set in, such as a dry socket. In any case, you should return to your surgeon if you are not beginning to feel better within 24-48 hours after the surgery.

Am I in normal amount of pain 4 days after wisdom teeth surgery two were very deep into my jaw so it was a rough procedure. Still too much pain and can't eat Is this normal or dry socket?

One sign of dry socket is usually pain becomes a lot worse after 3 to 4 days. However, if your pain is getting better over time (even though you are still in pain) then you are probably healing normally.

Can you go to any sort of concerts the day after you get your wisdom teeth removed?

Personally - when I had mine removed, it was no worse than the injection of local anaesthetic. My wife was off work, very unwell, for a week. I wouldn't bother buying the tickets in advance.

Can you smoke if you only get one tooth pulled?

never smoke if your teeth are in pain or after the removal of a tooth or teeth it is worse than normal smoking as you have a wound and could cause infection in the gum which is very nasty wait until it is fully healed. If you mean after it has healed then it is up to you.

Can you have a wisdom tooth removed without having stitches?

I have had all my wisdom teeth removed and have never had stitches (Sweden). They were all removed in the same way by different dentists. Local anaesthetic followed by brute force pulling (sounds alot worse than it is). The "opening" left behind heals itself fairly easy. Just had a compressor against it for a few hours for some residual bleeding. Pulling a tooth is not much worse than any other treatment, however the healthier and the more visible the wisdom tooth is, the easier the pull will be.

What causes cold sensitivity?

Often, a person cracks a tooth. Cold and sugar are two items that can cause some surprising pain, as the crack leads down to the root (nerve endings) of the tooth. Normal teeth can be sensitive to cold, as well. My teeth, for instance, are all very healthy, yet if I go for a walk on a cold, cold day and breath through my mouth, my teeth will invariably ache later, worse, and worse, until I have to take an Ibuprofin.
