There is more to being transgender than plastic surgery. Sometimes, a man is born into a female body. Surgeons can now correct this so the man can live in a male body. If you fall in love with a man, even if he is transgender, you can be sure he is a man. If he is transgender, though, and he doesn't reveal this to you before you marry him, you probably have grounds for divorce.
