Yes, if you repent to God for this and other sins, and truly believe in Him. You may be asking about the sin of "blasphemy against the Holy Spirit" which Jesus says specifically is the one sin that will not be forgiven. Since elsewhere in scripture it is repeated over and over that those who repent will be forgiven of all sin, many commentators believe that it is impossible for anyone who has truly committed this sin to want to repent of it. In other words: the fact that you feel bad about what you did means that, whatever this sin actually is, you didn't really do it.
