You have completed your heonn pokedex and have also taken the Jhoto starter from prof birch but how do you reach the Jhoto region now please help?

I heard that if you have complete your hoenn dex, you have to go to PC center and open your PC box and there will be a johto pass inside it. I am not really sure about it, I am trying it. But i think that maybe cant go to johto region.

you can't get to hoenn until you complete the pokedex

You cant get a kanto starter on Pokemon sapphire but if you have Pokemon emerald then you complete the pokedex then you get a choice of starters from the johto region. I hope this helped.:)

What to do after you complete your pokedex in diamond?
If you're talking about the Sinnoh region then you'll get the national pokedex, and that will take longer than the other one, because you'll have to get all Pokemon known to man kind! But if you're talking about completing the national pokedex then you've completed the game. Hope this helps:)!
