if the game is installed then click on the icon before mounting the image.... then it will say insert disk (like they always do..) mount it,,, then ur drive will probly be drive k/ and the game will be looking at F or ur regular pysical drive.. just browse for the virtual 1 and it will find the disk
delete the autorun.inf files from the root of the drives.. All the best
If it asks you: "Drive is not Formatted at this time. Would you like to Format it now? Yes No" If you select "yes" it should format and it WILL ERASE ALL DATA. So before you select yes make sure you really want to format it. Once it has been formatted you wont be able to recover the data unless you pay a lot of money and have a profesional recover the lost DATA.

Probably because it needs an executable file. Try burning the ISO onto a CD or USB drive. Then navigate to the file called "wubi.exe" (located wherever you burned the ISO) in the VirtualBox thing when it asks you for it.
