Colour is powerful. Colour can lift our mood so selecting the right shade of a colour for a room is vital. Pastel pink is trending this year. If you are creating a soft look dried flowers are so beautiful in any room. For a bed room you could use a duck egg blue chair against a light pink wall. If you want to make bold features you could do it by adding bold tones in bright colour textiles, cushions or rugs. Over sized flower arrangements can also add decadence next to strong bold curtains etc and can dress up a room.
Pink walls can look quite sophisticated when in combination with other members of the red family, dark raspberry, or even ox blood would be wonderful.
Add whites and creams for a subtle feminine look.
Or use black and really punch up the wild and trendy look.

Paint is homogeneous unless there is something in the paint that makes it not one solid color. House paint is heterogeneous because it is always mixed with several different chemicals for the walls of the house.
You can't paint your walls. You need to buy wallpaper from the YoDepot.

It's easier if you paint around doors and windows and top and bottom of walls first.
Matte paint should really only be used on low-traffic areas in your home. Semi-gloss should be used in bathrooms, kitchens or high traffic areas where you are going to want to wash down the walls. I don't like matte paint because when my walls get a skuff on them, I can't wipe it off without taking off the paint. On the other hand, when there is a skuff on the semi-gloss walls, it comes right off and the paint stays on.
