(if your not a continual user) 24 hours in= twenty four hours out. so roughly (depending on your past and continual diet/metabolism/activeness)any where from 8-14 days before your completely through metabolizing it. Xanax which is for people who experience true panic attacks, and anxiety, i advise you to tell your doctor how you are feeling, even if you do not want to tell him, you took Xanax which again i do advise you to tell him/or her.
