periods can be missed from all kind of things such as weight loss/gain and stress. and also, a pregnancy test will only be valid if you leave it until three weeks after your last sexual encounter.

I had one false negative because the test was expired, Check and see if your tests were expired. Get a 'real' test--a blood test, immediately, from a doctor to know for sure.
