there is 2 wires one should be red to alarm and black to ground.

On a 95, which I believe should be the same, remove the fuse box (two screws), then behind that should be another black box, unscrew it and pull the fuse. This completely disables your car alarm.

You can't find the black box alarm because it is an integral part of the control modules.
I have a 2004 F150 Heritage and was having an issue with the alarm going off when I tried to start the truck. You should have a black button under the driver side dash down by the Hood release that is the kill switch for the alarm if you hold that down while starting the truck it should keep the alarm from sounding and killing the engine.
Hold "Reset" then hit "Mode". The black ring in the bottom circle should disappear.
