You go to a hairdesser and get it done properly?
you just split the hair on your forehead to one side of your face and cut it shorter.
You get the piece of hair and then you cut it at an angle to form a side fringe.
you need to grow it out and then get a side parting. decide which side looks/falls better and brush your fringe to that side. if your fringe is too large or falls in your eyes then split a small part off to the other side to grow out just as hair.
I don't know what you mean but if you mean you get your hair cut to become a side fringe then yeah of course.
If you want a side fringe or side swept bangs, you could go to your hair stylist. If you want a specific type of side fringe like a celebrity has, you could print out a picture of the celebrity wearing the side fringe and give it to your hair stylist. If you don't want to go through all the trouble, you could try cutting it yourself. I find it a lot easier for your hair stylist to cut it for you. But, if you want to cut it yourself, I have seen some videos on youtube that have very good instuctions on how to cut your fringe, and when they are done cutting it, it looks very good.
pretty much; yeah-- ANSWER --Bangs refers to a fringe of hair cut straight across the forehead.
The length depends on your forehead, your hair, and the fringe you want. Often a side fringe is long enough that (if swept down) it would cover your entire eye. Start to let it get longer, and talk to your stylist to help you know when you have the length for the fringe you want.
Your hair does sound nice. If you want a nice hair, cut it in the style you like. Personally, I think blonde and side fringe is the nicest.
it varies, the minimum i would say is 10 pounds
can go both ways, its called ' angled cut' but isn't layered
ask for your hair to be cut in short choppy layers, with a sweeping side fringe. Ask them to use a razor to cut your hair as well.
Start with two pieces of fleece. Line them up together and cut 2 inch fringes along each side, cutting through both pieces of fleece at once. after you have cut the fringe, tie each fringe on one piece of fleece to the matching fringe on the other piece of fleece.
