Unfortunately this is a problem you will have to either live with, or remove the piercing. I would recommend removing the piercing anyways because once your braces come off it will start to erode your teeth and gums.
Good Luck
YES
Yes! Do NOT get any sort of lip piercing while you have braces because it can be extremely painful to have it get stuck in your braces. You could even end up ripping it out because they got caught together. Please just wait until you get your braces off(:
Your Orthodontist will have a fit, the whole idea of braces is to fix your teeth and the thought of a piece of jewellery rubbing against the braces and the tooth enamel will drive him or her up the wall and may result in them ordering you to remove the piercing until the work with the braces is complete. Yes they can do that and yes they will charge you more for the dental work due to the piercing.
Yes. It is important to wait until you get your braces off.
Yes you can. You should use a straw whenever you drink anything with sugars in it because it can cause decay behind the braces. Use a good mouth rinse that addresses cavities and germs.
Braces can sometimes irritate a tongue piercing because the piercing can get caught on the braces, leading to discomfort or potential damage. It's important to be mindful of this and take extra care when wearing braces and having a tongue piercing.
Technically, yes (probably), although this would be a really bad idea. Braces could easily pull a lip piercing out, leaving a scar or hole that may not heal well. Also, braces are much harder to keep clean of bacterial biofilms, so getting a lip piercing may increase the risk of an infection in the lip.
Talk to your Orthodontist, he or she may have issues with a tongue piercing being in the way when they work on your braces. If they don't have an issue with it then go for it.
The average orthodontist will freak if they hear you want to get a lip ring, and they will spend a great deal of time telling you about the damage the ring can do to the teeth. Now as for having one with braces, wow you are pushing your luck, you would be wise to talk to your Orthodontist before you get anything oral pierced and find out what they have to say about it first. Last thing you want to do is get it and have them charge you or your parents more for your dental work because you got your lip pierced and it's in there way while they work on your teeth. So talk to them first.
Well before you go running off and getting an oral facial piercing I would recommend that you talk to your orthodontist before doing anything. With braces and the whole good smile thing under way, the orthodontist may actually charge you more for the work being done if you get any oral piercings that may interfere with his/her ability to do the job. Not to mention getting an ear full for piercing next to the teeth they are working to straighten. If you want the piercing I would hold off till the braces are done then get it if you want it that bad. But respect the people who are doing work for you to improve the quality of your life, leave your mouth alone till they are done.

Yes, you can have your tongue pierced with braces on. Orthodontists may not agree with it, but they cannot stop you, nor can they make you remove it. There really is no issue with it aside from chipping your teeth if you have it done professionally.
