Assuming you have the right shoes(pads) and they are fitted the right way round, shoes auto adjusters not fully released and/or shoes not laterally aligned. Lateral alignment of shoes can be difficult to see. Basically they are not sitting symetrically on the backplate. Eyeball the alignment and make sure the distance between the shoe face and the backplate edge is the same all round and, by sliding the shoes in the carriers, adjust as necessary.
