You know that insest was wrong in the 10 commandments and in Leviticus but it was ok in the beginning so when was it first seen as a bad thing?

the Ten Commandment wrote "Thou Shalt not commit Adultery", this is not the same as incest.

Genesis and Exodus approves of incestuous relationships;

And yet indeed, she [Sarah] is my [Abraham's] sister; she is the daughter of my father.Genesis 20:12

; And I will bless her [Sarah], and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her. Genesis 17:16

; And Amram took him Jochebed his father's sister to wife; and she bare him Aaron and Moses. Exodus 6;20

The prohibition against Incest were started by the authors of Leviticus and Deuteronomy (Why Moses contradicts himself on the subject of incest is another story);

The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, ... thou shalt not uncover. Note; the word "uncover" is The Bible's euphemism for sexual intercourse. Leviticus 18:9.

; And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a wicked thing.Leviticus 20:17. ;
