Remington's web site has a model history section. Ammunition hard to find so value not that great. Maybe 100 or so USD
Remington did not make a carbine in .44 Magnum caliber. They did chamber the Model 788 rifle in that caliber. Do you have a Ruger carbine in .44 Remington Magnum, or perhaps a Marlin in that caliber? sales@countrygunsmith.net
The designation of using .22WMR means that your Marlin model 25M will shoot only .22 Magnum rimfire ammo.The .WMR stands for Winchester Magnum Rimfire.The model 25M (M means Magnum Rimfire) also express,s this.
Winchester magnum rimfire
I had a one before and I sold it for about $600
let someone else do it.
No it's a centerfire, .35 remington.
You first have to identify which model and then you need a good description of it's condition. A guess would be a model 4. Try the Remington firearms model history page and look at the model 4 or the later model 6 they have photo's they don't however have anything on the earlier models.
Read the manual on: http://www.remington.com/products/firearms/rimfire/model-552/model-552-bdl-speedmaster.aspx
