Answer
Nothing can replace prednisone. I suggest you go to your local A&E department or pharmacy, preferably with a previous prescription slip and tell them that you have lost your prednisone. They should provide you with emergency supplies.
Prednisone causes adrenal suppression, therefore you will stop producing your natural steroid. If you simply stop taking prednisone, then you can go into Addisonian crisis and die. This is why you MUST go to your A&E department or book an emergency appointment with your doctor. You may also be able to get emergency supplies from your pharmacy.
Prednisone is a very strong drug, with many side effects. Prednisone must be taken with care, and only as directed by your Dr. Gatorade is a simple solution that replaces the electrolytes lost by the body, Gatorade does not react with drugs, and can be considered as safe as water.

Energy is never lost. It always transfers to something else.
If you "lose" a prescription of any narcotic pain medication, the doctor will not call for a refill. Your doctor's office would even provide you with the same information, that they, nor the doctor, is authorized to refill a narcotic prescription in the event that the prescription was lost or stolen, even if you have a police report, they will NOT refill that prescription until it is due again to be refilled.

Well it's somewhere in your vagina because there's nowhere else for it to possibly go, so you can try to find it yourself by sticking your fingers up your vagina and seeing if you can pull it out that way. But if that doesn't work you'll probably have to go to the doctor.
