It depends on if they are family or if they are someone you were dating. Family is understandable, but someone you were in a relationship with is crazy because they could keep abusing you.
If you convicted of murdering someone and spend time in jail but it is found out that person is still alive can you then go and kill them without getting into trouble?

I definitely think that it's possible to love someone and not be in love. I go through the same problem. It all depends on the relationship you had with the person. You might just miss that relationship you two had and you just miss having that in your life, not necessarily the person.

It's best to tray and work out problems before you try and end the relationship. If it's past that mark, then try to ease into ending the relationship other than ending it out of the blue.
