You love someone but you can not tell her?

I think it all depends on how long you have been with her and how you think she feels about you. I would just tell her, but only if you are sure you are really in love with her. Even if she isn't sure of her feelings for you, she will know that you really truly love her. So just relax for awhile and think about what you want to do.

If you havent ever been with her and have just fallen in love with her either by being friends or being around her, you should definitely get things started between you two. You may be scared to start something, or of being turned down, but trust me, everything comes out okay in the end.

personally first before you tell him anything like that , go out with friends and try to get over him do whatever and try to flirt with other guys. it will help and might make you forget about him. if worse comes to worse though and you still need to tell him, go ahead, but make sure you dont freak him out about it. choose your words carefully
