Fuse boxes vary in different years. I have a 99 Malibu, and the Fuse Relay Center is located beneath the hood, towards the back of the drivers side. There are also 2 fuse centers inside both of the front doors. On the inside of the fuse box, there's a map. The fuse is usually a 15, and it's description on the map key is b/u lmps. Good luck.
