You play streetfighter with a friend he constantly uses Dhalsim it's really frustrating because the character is annoying and you find it impossible to even touch him any pointers on how to beat him?

Well, first what streetfighter do you play? Next find which character you find easiest to play there special moves. I personally like Dhalsim as well. The thing that makes Dhalsim so difficult to deal with is that if you time the flame correctly the opponent will never get back up. You can counterattack him with any projectile moves such as ryu or ken's hadoken move. Dhalsim versus dhalsim sounds boring, but maybe M. bison or Dan might have a fireball move, but I know that Guile does, and it is called sonic boom (a boomerang-like attack).
