Question a little puzzling. I you fancy a boy, i mean you like this boy a lot, just tell him. I may have never been told, but i have been told to tell girls i like them, but if you get it out in the open to the person, Life can go on. You are no longer dreading if they find out, or how they will react. just tell, and life will be better. remember, The truth shall set you free.

not much. if he is into someone else, then the chances are slim... and even if he does decide to be with you, how are you to know if he is with you because he truly cares about you, or if your just an alternative, because he cant have the girl he really wants. You don't want to live wondering if your second best. If you and this person are close friends, its ok to be there for him, but I wouldn't push for a relationship until you are for sure he is over her, which unfortunately could take a VERY long time. If its meant to be, it will happen, and if it doesnt, well then there is something better out there just waiting for you. hope this helps :)
