You should assure her that, despite her restrictions, you still care about her and you are still interested. Attend group functions with her, have her over to your house while your parents and your friends are over and, if you can, visit her house while her parents are home. You should express to them that you are open and honest and that your intentions are good. Let them know why you like their daughter without focusing on her appearance. Words like smart, funny, friendly, well-mannered, and talented are all wonderful compliments. Respect her parents' boundaries by making no attempts to be secretive or sneaky. Let them know that you are still interested in her, but you won't date her if it requires sneaking around.

Always be respectful of them, use manners, thank them for everything possible and follow house rules when in their home.

You may also try explaining the situation to your own parents and introducing them to her parents. You will come off as responsible and family-oriented, which most parents smile upon. Your parents are likely to put in a good word for you, as well.

If you are true to your word, this should help you to gain trust and eventually you may either give up a relationship built upon boundaries or her parents may give the two of you a little more freedom.
