I have a an iCute desktop computer which has an Abit AN7 mother board which in the first place refused to boot up.I think that I may have made a mistake in altering the settings in the startup page now it refuses to boot up.There is a red led showing on the board and the small display is showing 00.My other problem is that I pulled off some of the connections to the board where the power and reset connections go,so I am looking for the correct connections for these. Please can you help?.

Yes. it is possible. But the question is what change you require.
The E6600 uses LGA775.
“laptop has capability of recieving wireless internet, so what do I need. the connections in area all require a code.”
they require a special tool to disconnect them.
Some motherboards are extremely large and will not fit in some cases.. that can be an issue, though it will be immediately obvious. A more important check is that your parts will be compatible with the board which will simply require some quick research. Beyond that, there's nothing to worry about
That would require purchasing a new motherboard, processor, and power supply.
The answer varies by state and profession.
The three components that must have the same form factor in a computer are the case, power supply and motherboard. The case should be able to support the form factor of the motherboard and the motherboard should be able to support the CPU socket type.
The most basic of computers require at a minimum; A motherboard A CPU Some RAM A HDD That's about it :D
Two different network connections would require a router, not a switch.
The main feature of an ad-hoc network is that there are temporary and do not require any cabling. The only connections required are the wireless connections in the devices. As a result there is very little setup to worry about.
