If something is entirely untrue and fake eg. Twilight, it would classify as "fiction", if something is true, and fact eg. a book about snakes, it would classify as "non-fiction". Easiest way to remember them is fiction = fake, non-fiction = not fake. In terms of stories it depends what you mean. If the story is old then it can either be "historical fact" meaning that we KNOW these things happened in history, we are certain that the story being told is TRUE and FACTUAL; or it can be called "myth" meaning we are unsure whether or not it is true. This could be to do with the fact that there are no archaeological sources to back up the story eg. Troy, or there are many different retellings of the story that we are unsure which is correct. In terms of Biographies, if it says "authorized" it means that the person who it is about eg. Nelson Mandela, has read it and confirms its truth. If it say "unauthorized" it means this has not been done. An autobiography is a story about someones life, written by the person it is about.

But then he was too fat so he died. Because the pricess slapped him. And everyone know slapping a fat guy makes him pop, and fatness flies everywhere. Yes I called it fatness. Deal with it. And then he sewed himself back together with his grandma skillz. But he didn't do it rite, and then he became Frankenstein. Then he ated everyone in his citi because he was Frankenstein. But there was one guy who refused to be ated, but frankenstd ated hims anyways. Then frankeslkj felt better he got to eat, but he was really fat again, so he esploded again. Then he was resurrected from the grave he was never put in, by the lord of diamond swords, and he ate him. Then the man spent all the rest of his days eating everyone in the world. Then he got lonely so he regurgitated them alled and sewed the parts together. But he messed up so he accidentally made a super human. The super huan ate the guy who ate everyone, but the guy who ate everyone ante him back. So they both got double eated. Then alien came tyo get some cows, and the saw a giant pile a bloody bodies. So the aliens ate everyone. THE END got eated sorry. But no really this is a true story. Google it.
