I don't have an aced commuter ,but my H.P computer does that once in a while! All you have to do is turn it off unplug everything and take out the battery in you computer. Then wait five minutes plug everything back in and it will charge! That's what do! And if this doesn't help! Check your warranty, if it's expired take it to a shop and fix it! Just go on the computer, RIGHT click on your mouse, go to GRAPHIC OPTIONS, then go to ROTATION, then click on the degree you would like and there you will fix it.
