If you served with the unit during the time for which the NUC was awarded, you are entitled to the ribbon. If you served more than one unit and they both were awarded the NUC during the time period, you would be entitled to one for each unit, as long as the award was not for the same time frame. In most cases you would have to have been with the unit for 90 consecutive days during the period for which the award was given.
