As long as you are no longer addicted, your baby shouldn't be either, since you both should get clean in about the same time. You have a pretty good chance if you really do stop now; your baby still has the chance to be born clean, with no addictions. A drug test wouldn't come up as positive for either of you after four months. But the longer you smoke, the harder it will be to get off it, and the worse the withdrawal symptoms will be for you both. So please do right by yourself and your baby- get healthy! You owe it to yourselves to start fresh.
