It depends really on how many days you smoke once a day. The more days you smoke the longer it's going to take to get your body better. It will not be fully the way it was before because you have damaged your lungs and heart and really your whole body by smoking. *GOOD TIP:DONT SMOKE!!!! IT CAN KILL YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES!*
