you will most likely fall asleep in the next half our no matter what you were doing. I took 12 went to school ended up in emergency room. Nobody could wake me up so dont do it unless you wanna f up your liver.
The active ingredients in Tylenol PM are acetaminophen (Tylenol) and diphenylhydramine (the PM portion also known as benadryl). Taking over 4 grams, or 4000 mg, of acetaminophen a day will essentially burn out your liver in a pretty short time frame. If you're going to be taking it on a daily basis, it would be wise to keep it under 3 grams. I'm not sure what the health risks (if there are any) of taking 150-200 mg of diphenylhydramine are, but I would imagine the liver stress is not as significant as that posed by Tylenol. If you are just looking for the sedative properties of Tylenol PM my advice would be to pick up a bottle of benadryl.
You will become very tired. May have a head ache or stomach ache.

If you are twelve years or older it is safe to take two tylenol pm's regardless of how much you weigh.
I took two expired tylenol pm's last night and had a very weird reaction very late. My whole body felt whack. I was throwing my arms around, tossing and turning, my legs kept moving and it was very uncomfortable. I don't know if it was from the tylenol (which expired 08/07, and its 10/11) but I've never experienced that ever before.
Yes if you want to die
Take Tylenol or Advil. If you want to fall asleep too take Tylenol PM.
Both medication can be taken together. However, both have similar side effects and these might be increased. If you can take a smaller dose (half) of ativan the night you take Tylenol PM, it would be the best choice.
Yes, Tylenol PM/cold products contain acetaminophen and antihistamines with or without decongestants, and would be OK to take with the antidepressant Effexor.

There is no hydromorphone in Tylenol PM, just acetaminophen and diphenhydramine.
It's generally not a good idea to mix drugs. Why not take just one drug, Tylenol PM or Advil PM?
