Hi, It is likely that the drug test will show up positive for cocaine. "Lots" of water will not clear cocaine out of your system that quickly. Some people claim vinegar helps mask drugs on drug tests but there is no real evidence of this working.

Hi, There could be two reasons: 1) Many drug users drink vinegar (or pickle juice) to try and mask drugs in urine tests. If your son is currently on probation or is drug tested at work/school, this could be why. 2) Some cocaine addicts use vinegar or lemon juice to cook the cocaine out of crack cocaine. This makes it soluble to be used intravenously instead of smoked. A reason for this is that crack is usually cheaper than powdered cocaine, and is sold for much lower quantities (i.e. $5 for a crack rock vs. having to buy a gram of cocaine for much more).
