your not 18, you can enter into a legally binding contract which is what a credit card entails because your a minor plus your parents are suppsoed to be financially responsible for you till your 18 and that means that they would be responsible for any bill you rack up on a credit card and credit companies don't really go for that, so the credit card is a no go. you can become an authorized user on your parents credit card but then you have to abide by the credit companies and your parents rules sorry kid :(

If you keep no money in your account for a prolonged duration of time or if you dont use your bank account for a very long time, then the bank has the right to either make your account dormant or even close it. Only an active account that has a minimum balance in it is eligible to be open and in service.
That is a bit odd, if you dont buy stuff on evony using your money then they shouldn't witdraw money from your account, speak to your bank and/or the evony staff then say why is it happening. The likely thing it's that someone else is using your credit card details/Anyway, you cant delete your account, just abandon it
A collection agency does not have direct access to your banking information unless you provide it to them or they obtain a court order to access your financial records. However, they can sometimes use various methods to locate and verify your assets, such as checking public records or contacting your bank to see if you have a checking account.
