Can you tell me how to get my new HP notebook to print from my new HP6500 wireless printer.
If your printer is network capable, it has own print server. Just connect the printer to the router. Then connect the printer as a network printer.
You should really look in the manual of the printer. There's really no way to tell you without knowing what you have for a netbook, what kind of network, if any, you have, etc. If you have a wireless netbook connected to the internet through a router then just be sure the netbook has the updated HP drivers installed and the printer is set up for DHCP and it should grab the IP. Make sure the printer has the exact same password and encryption, WPA2 if possible, as the netbook. The same information you used to connect the netbook to your network. Or if it has a USB port just connect it directly to the netbook and set it up that way.
if it has built in wireless support all you need to do is connect it via USB and configure the printer for wireless operation with the printer setup software that came with it. otherwise you will need to connect it to a hardware wireless print server.
Just connect your phone to a wireless printer.
To print an iWork document from the iPad you could either connect to a wireless printer, or any printer accessible from your wireless network, or export your document as a PDF file and print that from a Windows PC.
No, it does not have to be. You can make it accessible in wireless network if you connect it to one of computers working in that network. Some routers have on board print servers it makes possible connecting your printer directly to router (via USB).
You have to connect the printer to computer which has either wireless card or computer connected to the wireless router with a cable. After that connect the printer to the computer and go in printer settings. The one you need is sharing. Choose "Sharing", and add users allowed to send print jobs.
There are two options. First, you connect the printer to a computer which has a wireless connection and share the printer for network users. Second, if your wireless router supports Print server, you can connect the printer directly to the router and configure print server options in order to get access to the printer through wireless network.
If it doesn't own wireless interface you have to connect to one of compurers (don't forget to share the printer it its properties, you might need to adjust security politics too) which uses the wireless network where are going to share the printer. If it has (some new printers have) you need to configure the printer.
A mobile phone can print thing off a wireless printer. All you have to do is have the phone connected to the printer.
The Canon photo wireless printer is very good, and can even print photos directly from a camera.
Wifi printers connect to the wireless network in your home (your wireless router) in order to allow for printing without physically plugging your printer into you computer. Information is sent from the computer to your router to the printer which means that you can print from anywere in your house to a single stationary printer wirelessly.
