UNIS- the university centre on Svalbard does semester-long courses in arctic Biology, you would need to look on their website to see if the exact content of their courses was right for you.
Svalbard is important because the snw is melting and we need to help all the animals in danger
Some examples are as following: a) Animals are our equals b) That animals feel pain and suffering, just as we humans do c) Some researches are unnecessary and cause cruelty to animals for no reason
It depends on the research. If someone is doing a harmless study (like how big an animal gets) then they are totally different. Some researches could be considered cruel, but I personally couldn't name one that I know is happening.

Some animals that live in Svalbard are polar bears and arctic foxes. These animals can suffer cold conditions and suit Svalbards surroundings! Other animals live their as well!unicornsThe previous user got the answer wrong. Animals include, reindeer, polar bears, gannets, ptarmigans, whales, arctic foxes, snowy owls and NO penguins.Well the only animals i know that are in Svalbard are the polar bear and the arctic fox.
If you think about it humans are animals it is just that we are the only kind of animal that can stand on two feet and we can communicate with each other so testing on animals is almost like testing on one of your friends or a member of your family I love animals and i don't like seeing them being hurt so please help the cause to stop animal testing :)
There are may research topics about animals. Some of them could be about endangered species, animals of the rain forest, or habitats of animals.
experimental
Well, I don't know how many, but some of the more common are walruses, different birds, geese and gulls. Also Arctic foxes, and there is such a thing as a Svalbard reindeer. Look it up if you don't believe me. And of course, lots of fish and bacteria and small things in the water in and near it.
NO they are animals that are not accurate on research.
No.
It's the branch of biology that compares researches in the social organization with animals and humans in regarding to it's evolutionary history.
