There is no way to improve the speed of your graphics card, unless you overclock the card, which I do not recommend. Your best option will be to buy a new graphics card, you can get a top of the lineATI Radeon HD 4670 1GB GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card for $139.99 CND or PNY - NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 1GB GDDR3 PCI Express Graphics Card $109.99 US. You can't go wrong with either one of these, just make sure that your computer can hold these cards.
