I played that game. You have to solve the clues online. But if you want the hand held card. You have to go and buy the 39 clues books. There should be 10 books.

To get any codes for actual cards you'd have to either buy the card, buy a replicator card to create the card you want in your account or find someone who has an unused code for that particular card, and in that case, you'd need to either buy the code from them or find a way to trade with them.
