You weigh about 200 pounds and you might have a drug test coming up in three days but you took a few hits 10 days ago after a month not smoking. what would you have to do to pass?

Gain 10 lbs, pot metabolites are stored long term in fat and its thought that gaining weight lowers metabolites in urine while loosing weight increases them.

(Not recommend): Bring some clean urine from a friend who has not smoked at all in at least 3 months. The only urine test I took all they did was measure the temp to see if it was just under body temp, so warm the friends urine up in case you get a chance to use it. Warm clean fresh urine is your best bet by far. I just stop smoking for 2-3 months before a job app, works for me.

The answer is: chicken broth. Remember, they don't test the sample to make sure it is urine, and they sure dont smell it, either. So you slip some chicken broth in the pee sample. Unless the chicken smoked weed, it will come out negative. Some places will check the temperature of the sample, so beware of that issue.
