Well first kyogre isn't in the diamond or pearl game. Second Dialga(if you have diamond) or Palkia(if you have pearl) will be there. Well first kyogre isn't in the diamond orpearl game. Second Dialga(if you have diamond) or Palkia(if you have pearl) will be there.

First you have to beat all of the Pokemon league then you have to go to Spear Pillar the same place where you went into the diversion world and catch Giratina. So anyways you see a blue portal and you go to it and click the you battle Dialga and after Dialga go into the cave where you were in before you got to Spear Pillar then come back out and you will find a purplish portal so you do the same thing with it that you did with Dialga's portal and Palkia will come.
