You should take same amount. Effectivity of succinate vs. tartrate is within 90% of each other. Don't change the dose.
yes
I think you can. At least my doctor told me today I should take half a Losartan-Mepha 100 pill a day
It is not advised to take Viagra with Metroprolol Succinate ER. This could cause adverse side effects. It is best to consult with a doctor or pharmacist when taking any combination of these drugs.

Metoprolol is a BP medication. There should be no ill effects of also taking a muscle relaxer.
I have seen that alcohol should be avoided on this drug
Tartaric acid - 18.75 mM Sodium Tartrate Dihydrate - 6.25 mM pH of this mixture should be near 2.9, adjust pH down to 2.5 using HCl, and QS to 1 L by water.
Headaches are not a listed side effect of beta blockers, the category of blood pressure medication metoprolol is in. Beta blockers are often used off-label to prevent migraine headaches, because they relax the blood vessels of the brain. High blood pressure can cause headaches. If you are pregnant, you should see your doctors to get an accurate blood pressure reading, because hypertension is a symptom of preeclampsia.
Metoprolol should not cause red hot cheeks, that sounds more like a hot flash. Metoprolol is used for blood pressure, this may in fact cause a hot flash, if you are controlling your blood pressure.
I have both asthma and high blood pressure and am taking metoprolol. I was very concerned that this would work against my asthma so I had very detailed conversations with both my asthma doctor and my regular doctor. Its been 3 years now since starting metoprolol. My BP is under control and so is my asthma. Although metoprolol should work against your asthma - only thing I experienced was a slight cough when i first started. I suggest you talk with both your doctors at length about taking this drug with asthma. There are other HP drugs out there - but metoprolol is the tried and true one. Talk with your doctors.
It shouldn't be because beta blockers can have the effect of bronchoconstriction which should be avoided in a person who is already prone to that problem.
No, not necessarily. You may be allergic to the dyes or inactive ingredients in Metoprolol that is or may not be found in another beta blocker or even in another generic Metoprolol. You should double check with your doctor or pharmacist because there is also a chance that you may be one of the few people that cannot tolerate a beta blocker due to health conditions and other factors.
