You work at a bar and you are a contractor with a 30 day cancelation in writing the have cancel and you did not recived a cancelation notice in writing like estipulated in contract how can you sue?

It depends on the wording of the contract. If the contract has a remedy listed for this issue, that is how it gets handled. You will need to hire a lawyer to sue, but I doubt you have much of a case. I also imagine that hiring a lawyer will cost more than you stand to recover.
